I don’t know what kind of magic they put in the bottle, but Elizabeth Arden’s Matte Moisture Lotion (oil free) consistently works – well let’s just call it what it is: miracles – for me.

It doesn’t have anything that evens skintone but maybe my face is shinier than I realize… My northern european complexion is usually a horrid mix of ruddy rosiness and sallow paleness swirled together, managing to make me alternately appear as if I’ve overindulged in red wine or have a mild case of jaundice. But I digress… Any day, any time I pat a few drops on my face I’m stunned to later catch a glimpse of myself looking hale and I hesitate to say – um, pretty!
This stuff retails for $35-ish, but lucky lucky me – I found some at T.J. Maxx for $15! ‘Worth every stingy discounted dollar.
