Watch it wiggle, watch it jiggle…Helloooo Jello!

Loverboy said it best – everybody’s working for the weekend! – but Chris Farley and Patrick Swayze did it best on SNL*.  You’ve earned not only a great one, but a fun one.  Mix these bad boys up tonight and be the #1 bad ass at your Friday Function.  Nothing like indulging your inner child while satisfying your adult cravings!  So without further ado, I bring you FINGER JELLO SHOTS!  Yaaaaay!

Vodka Finger Jello

• 2 packages (6 oz. each) any flavor Jello
• 1 envelope gelatin
• 2 cups water
• 1.5 cups water

Combine gelatin with vodka.  Heat Jello in water, stirring until Jello is dissolved; remove from heat and combine with gelatin/vodka mixture.  Pour into a 9×9 inch pan, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.  Cut into 1.5 inch squares.  (FWIW: 3 squares = 1 shot.  You probably shouldn’t eat the whole pan yourself.  Trust me, they’ll sneak up on you.  Not that I speak from personal experience…nope.)
